Our Services

We install the SuperTech Combustion Optimizer – an advanced system that reduces harmful emissions, boosts fuel efficiency for cost savings, and provides precise gas monitoring to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Measuring Gas Emission

Reduce harmful gas emissions, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment.

Improve fuel efficiency, leading to significant cost savings.

Monitor and measure gas emissions, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and enabling data-driven decisions.

Gas Analyzer

Detects and measures gas concentrations in a sample.

Smoke Meter

Measures smoke density to assess emission levels.

Combined Analyzer

Simultaneously measures multiple gases from one sample.

01. Gas Analyzer

It is an instrument that determines the presence and concentration of gases in a sample by measuring physical or chemical properties such as absorption, conductivity, or thermal conductivity.

02. Smoke Meter

It is also known as an opacity meter, is an instrument used to measure the density or opacity of smoke emitted from an engine’s exhaust system. It is primarily used to evaluate the performance of diesel engines and to ensure compliance with environmental emission standards.

03. Combined Analyzer

It is a versatile instrument used to measure and analyze multiple gas components simultaneously from a single sample. These analyzers are commonly used in industrial processes, environmental monitoring, laboratory research, and combustion analysis.

1. Select the Correct Model

Supertech comes in five different sizes (A, B, C, D, E) to accommodate various fuel tank capacities, from 40 liters up to 800 liters (or more). Ensure you have the correct model for your vehicle’s fuel tank size.

2. Access the Fuel Tank

This is the most crucial step and may vary significantly depending on your vehicle make and model. You will need to access the inside of your fuel tank. This often involves:

  • Locating the fuel pump access panel, which is typically under the rear seats or in the trunk/boot floor.
  • Carefully removing the access panel.
  • Disconnecting any electrical connectors and fuel lines from the fuel pump assembly.
  • Unscrewing or unfastening the fuel pump retaining ring/nut to remove the fuel pump module from the tank.

3. Attach the Supertech Device

The Supertech device is designed to be inserted into the fuel tank and is usually attached to the base of the fuel pump assembly via a steel cable or similar mechanism. This ensures it remains submerged in the fuel.

  • Carefully secure the Supertech device to the fuel pump assembly as per the provided instructions.

4. Reinstall Fuel Pump Assembly

Once the Supertech device is securely attached, carefully reinsert the fuel pump module back into the fuel tank.

  • Ensure all seals are properly seated to prevent leaks.
  • Tighten the retaining ring/nut.
  • Reconnect all fuel lines and electrical connectors.

5. Secure Access Panel

Replace the fuel tank access panel and any other components that were removed.

6. Initial Activation

The Supertech device is activated by the movement of the vehicle. It starts working immediately upon installation and contact with the fuel.
